BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Expo management will assign booths to brands based on contract requirements, power needs, and the products being displayed. All brands will receive confirmation of booth assignment prior to the event.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT AND RENTALS

This event is self sufficient. Please bring your own tent, tent weights, table, chairs & hotspot (WIFI access). We have limited availability of power, ice and tent weights available. Please indicate your requests in the form below, and we will confirm your final order prior to the event.

Sponsors / approved Exhibitors who are staying for Finish Festival activations are welcome to leave weighted tents, tables and chairs overnight with race approval. We recommend lowering tents and packing up all valuables, as there is no overnight security.

RESTRICTIONS
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval from Life Time. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

NO CANNABIS, CANNABINOID (CBD), OR RELATED ITEMS MAY BE PRESENT AT THE EXPO WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM LIFE TIME. Expo management and Life Time staff reserve the right to restrict and remove anything that has not been pre-approved.

Brands agree to comply with local, city, and state laws, ordinances, and regulations. Brands are responsible for all fire precautions.

SECURITY
Life Time is not responsible for brand materials. Brands are responsible for securing all valuables. Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Security is not provided at the event. Please have your booth staffed at all times.

PARKING

Parking is available at Reveille Peak Ranch; however, we encourage you to show up early as there can be significant traffic on race day. Give yourself time to get parked and ready for the event!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Advanced Shipping

If you need to ship activation materials for Expo/Finish Festival activations, please indicate so in the form below. Shipments must be received between Monday, October 26 and Wednesday, November 11, 2026. Please LABEL your items accordingly for activation use. Please send a complete list of items you plan to ship to Lily Burns (lburns@lt.life) in order to confirm availability and receive the advance shipping address/instructions. Tracking must be provided upon shipment.

Outbound Shipping

If you need to ship activation materials outbound after the event, please indicate so in the form below.

BOLs or pre-paid labels must be provided to event staff and affixed to shipments prior to your brand’s departure for the event. Shipments must be scheduled for pickup on Monday, November 16 – Tuesday, November 17, 2026 between 9AM – 4PM.
